Digital Payment Convenience Fee Notice – Effective July 1, 2025
Starting July 1st, convenience fees will be applied to ALL digital payment options which include using a debit card, credit card, autopay or E-check to pay online, Pay By Text or Pay by Phone.
The fees are paid directly to the processing company and represent the amount charged for each transaction type.
No fee options include payments made by cash, personal check or money order which can be mailed, left in the drop box or paid at the LED cashier’s office.
This change is due to the rising costs of processing fees. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause & appreciate your understanding as we manage these increasing costs.
